1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bethelectric website (bethelectric.net) or by engaging our electrical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our website or services.

3. Services Offered
Bethelectric provides the following licensed electrical services:
- Electrical Repairs & Troubleshooting — including emergency electrical service, panel and breaker repairs, outlet and switch repairs, and wiring diagnostics
- Commercial Electrical Services — including EV charger installations, commercial wiring, office and retail electrical work, commercial panel upgrades, and tenant improvements
- New Construction & Remodeling — including rough-in wiring, panel and meter installation, LED lighting, fan installation, pool electrical, landscaping lights, and permit procurement
Service availability is subject to scheduling, geographic area, and project scope. Bethelectric reserves the right to decline any job at its discretion.
4. Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing
Bethelectric offers free estimates for qualifying projects. All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Pricing may be subject to change if:
- Additional work is discovered upon opening walls, panels, or accessing concealed areas
- The scope of work changes at the client’s request
- Materials costs change significantly between estimate and project start
- Permit fees or inspection requirements alter the original scope
Bethelectric practices upfront pricing. We will inform you of any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work. You will never be billed for work you did not authorize.
5. Warranties and Workmanship
Bethelectric warrants all completed work against defects in workmanship. Warranty coverage is as follows:
- Labor: All workmanship is warranted for a period agreed upon in writing at the time of service
- Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and equipment installed by Bethelectric
- Emergency repairs: Covered under the same workmanship warranty as standard services
Warranties are void if:
- The work is modified, altered, or tampered with by anyone other than a Bethelectric technician
- Damage results from misuse, neglect, or acts outside of Bethelectric’s control
- Payment for the original service has not been received in full
6. Permits and Code Compliance
Many electrical projects in Gwinnett County require permits. Bethelectric handles the permit application, scheduling, and final inspection process on your behalf where applicable. All work performed by Bethelectric is completed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable Georgia state and local codes.
If a permit is required and you request that work proceed without one, Bethelectric reserves the right to decline the project. We do not perform work that knowingly violates applicable electrical codes or safety regulations.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified at the time of estimate or contract and may include:
- Deposit required before project start for new construction and larger remodeling projects
- Payment due upon completion for service calls and smaller repairs
- Progress payments for multi-phase projects, as agreed in writing
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection action. Bethelectric reserves the right to place a mechanic’s lien on property for unpaid work in accordance with Georgia law.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible at (470) 342-4612 or contact@bethelectric.net.
For projects where a deposit has been paid:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full deposit refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover scheduling and mobilization costs
- If Bethelectric must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at no additional charge and refund any deposit in full if rescheduling is not possible
9. Property Access and Client Responsibilities
To perform electrical work safely and efficiently, clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to all work areas, electrical panels, and relevant spaces
- Disclosing any known hazards, existing electrical issues, or modifications made to the property’s wiring
- Ensuring that pets and children are kept away from work areas during service
- Having an authorized adult (18+) present during the work, or providing written authorization for access
Bethelectric is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, undisclosed conditions, or failure to prepare the work area.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bethelectric’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. Bethelectric is not liable for:
- Pre-existing electrical conditions, wiring deficiencies, or code violations not directly caused by our work
- Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
- Damage caused by conditions outside of our control, including extreme weather, power surges, or third-party interference
- Delays caused by permit processing, inspection scheduling, material availability, or factors beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Bethelectric’s liability in cases of negligence, gross misconduct, or where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Licensing and Insurance
Bethelectric is licensed by the State of Georgia as an Electrical Contractor and is fully insured, including general liability insurance. Proof of license and insurance is available upon request. Our insurance covers work performed by our team on your property in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
